By using My Spirit Animal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. These terms apply to every page, quiz, and written guide on this domain.

2. What this site is

My Spirit Animal is a free, ad-free website that offers a short personality-style quiz and written guides about eight animal archetypes. Everything is provided for reflection, conversation, and entertainment.

3. Not professional advice

The quiz results and animal guides are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or relationship advice. They are not a diagnosis and should not be used to make decisions about your health, safety, money, or another person's wellbeing. If you need professional help, consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

No result is a statement about your fixed identity or your future. Treat it as a prompt for thinking, not a verdict.

4. No accounts and no payments

There are no accounts, subscriptions, paid reports, or in-app purchases on this site. We do not ask for payment details, and any page that requests them while claiming to be My Spirit Animal is not ours.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, or republish the quiz, written guides, or card artwork at scale without permission.
• Attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure.
• Use the site to harass other people, distribute malware, or violate any applicable law.
• Misrepresent the site or its results as professional certification, medical testing, or an official personality assessment.

Personal, non-commercial use is welcome. Sharing a link to your result is welcome. Quoting a short passage with a link back is welcome.

6. Intellectual property

The written guides, quiz questions, animal illustrations, card designs, and site design are owned by the site operator and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce them as your own content, sell them, or use them to train or populate a competing product.
